getting my goat

Okay- I know I complain a lot. My number one issue right now is that I feel like no matter how much I study, I'm really just only getting the basics. It is so difficult to find an accurate, in depth explanation on sales. It really is. I have opened every textbook, hornbook and emanuel's I can find and there is just nothing there. arrgg!
